7 Easy Dinner Recipes For Weight Loss

This is because it is a healthy meal and keeps you light when you are about to go to bed. It is also kind of a fruit salad with a shrimp on top.

Get chopped cucumber, jicama, mango, onion, avocado, sliced tomato, 1 cup cooked shrimp, lemon juice and one tablespoon of red pepper. Mix this all up and dress it with lemon juice.

As you would have noticed, the recipe is mostly made of fruits and earthy plants like onion and cucumber. This is why this recipe if great for weight loss.

6. Lasagne

Lasagne can be a heavy meal but as you are going to be eating it for dinner, you should make it as light as possible.

Combine noodles, sauce, chilli flakes, ricotta and then cut up some sausages and add to the mix.

Pastas are loaded with more fiber than the white flour substitutes.

7. Gazpacho

The ingredients for gazpacho are stewed tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped onions, chopped cucumber and green pepper and white wine vinegar.

Cover the chicken with olive oil, lemon and rosemary and bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Mix the gazpacho ingredients in a blender and blend.
