1. Drink plenty of water

3. Reduce your dairy intake

Teenage girls and adult women who consume lots of milk are more prone to have acne than those who drink far less, according to research done from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Dairy products have hormones in them that stimulate your oil glands, which lead to acne.

Go with skim milk if you must have dairy.

4. Limit your exposure to the sun

Sun provides vitamin D for us as long as it is in small dosage.

But too much of it will cause damage to your skin.

Always try to use sunscreen every day and also sunglasses.

But your best treatment is to avoid the sun.

5. Take merlot
